Standard registration: 180,00 Euros
Industry: 200,00 Euros.
The registration fees includes coffee breaks, lunch buffet for all days of the event.
The online registration period for the event is now open and can be accessed via the following link: REGISTRATION
Once you have registered, please check your email where you will receive a summary of your registration information. If you don´t receive the email, please contact us to check if your registration was properly completed.
We would like to remind you that the registration deadline is April 30th, 2014.
Methods of Payment
Payment is accepted by credit card or by bank transfer.
Credit Card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted via the online registration form.
If you wish to pay by American Express, you can do so by contacting the organization (email: email@example.com ) and requesting to do so.
You will be charged in Euros (€) and it will show on your bank statement as: IntGroup Congress&Events_ECI.
Bank Transfer: If you wish to pay by bank transfer you must choose this option in the online registration form. Please be sure to include your name and surname when making the transfer so it can be easily identified. You must send proof of payment via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Without proof of payment your registration will not be processed.
Once you receive confirmation, please review it and verify that it is correct.
The options chosen in the online registration form are the sole responsibility of the delegate and not those of the organization. Please remember that without payment your registration will not be considered valid.
You must notify the organization of any cancellations of registration and/or accommodation via e-mail to email@example.com
Please remember that there is a 50€ cancellation fee for any cancellations more than 60 days prior to the event. If cancellation should occur within 60 days of the event there will be no refund.

Billing / Attendance Certificates
Invoices will be sent by email upon request from the delegate or attendee.
In order to book your accommodation you can chose the booking service offered on the registration web site (LINK) or you can make your own arrangements via services such as “booking.com” or “hostels.com”. We would like to remind you that the organization does not offer shuttle service from the hotels to the venue of the event. We would like to remind you that your contribution must follow the official template. Contributions will only be considered if they are sent via the online system (here).
Deadline to send Abstract: April 17th.
Important information for the posters: We recommend that you print the posters in AO vertical format. The posters should be placed in the designated area by the organization.
